Our artisanal Maya Spice Sipping Cacao is 100% whole-bean Guatemalan cacao from prized volcanic terroir, regeneratively farmed, stone-ground and handcrafted in ceremony by Mayan guides. The cacao is ground to a fine powder and hand-blended with panela (unrefined cane juice) and traditional Mayan spices, for a rich chocolate experience. The fine grind makes it easy to prepare: sip it hot the traditional way or serve it cold.

In our effort to bring you the most potent and magical cacao, we use the whole bean, without separating or conching. We also don't sort the beans for the "perfect size or shape," because the flawed is beautiful, and that beauty brings deeper understanding.
