Shipping policy
We offer free shipping, including duties and taxes within the continental USA with a minimum order value of $60. For all other international destinations the minimum order value for complimentary shipping is $200. The free shipping will automatically be applied when you meet these requirements.
Please include your phone number with your order. It is mandatory policy for shipping from Guatemala. We DO NOT share any of your information.
PLEASE NOTE: Our shipping company does not deliver to PO boxes.
Canada, Europe and Asia: Buyer will determine any export license requirements, obtain any export license or other official authorization, and carry out any customs formalities for the export of the goods. Buyer assumes all risk of loss in shipping and all liability for loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, due to delays once the products have been delivered to the carrier. Buyer agrees to purchase any and all insurance it deems necessary to indemnify it against any loss in shipping.
