Our rustic cacao bar is handmade from pure 100% Maya cacao for an authentic dark chocolate experience. Crafted without separating, conching, refining, or tempering, it preserves the natural character of the cacao and contains no soy lecithin, emulsifiers, preservatives, or artificial ingredients. These are not ordinary "chocolate" bars! A delight for the senses.

the whole bean, without separating or conching.  We also do not sort the
beans for the “perfect size or shape,” understanding that the flawed is
