Our Maya spice sipping cacao powder is made from 100% whole-bean, volcanic-terroir cacao, ground to a fine powder for preparing rich drinking chocolate. It is hand blended with panela (unrefined cane juice) and traditional Mayan spices for a naturally sweet, aromatic beverage and comes in a 1 lb / 453 g package. This cacao powder is a Silver Medal winner at the International Chocolate Awards.
